Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 13, 2026
FuzeForth Technologies (“FuzeForth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the FuzeForth data-integration application and related services (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we access, how we use it, and how we protect it. By connecting your account to the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
If you have questions about this policy, contact us at it@fuzeforth.com.
1. Who we are
FuzeForth Technologies is a data-integration and automation provider. The Service connects to third-party business systems — including QuickBooks Online, provided by Intuit Inc. — on behalf of, and with the authorization of, the account owner, in order to consolidate that data for reporting and analysis.
2. Information we access
When you authorize the Service to connect to your QuickBooks Online company, we access accounting data through Intuit’s official API, which may include:
- Company information (company name, address, contact details, fiscal settings)
- Invoices and related transaction details
- Customer records (names, contact details, balances)
- Vendor records (names, contact details, balances)
- Journal entries and general-ledger lines
We access this data on a read-only basis. The Service does not create, modify, or delete records in your QuickBooks Online company.
We also process authentication credentials (OAuth tokens) issued by Intuit that allow the Service to make authorized requests on your behalf. We do not receive or store your QuickBooks Online username or password.
3. How we use the information
We use the accessed data solely to:
- Retrieve accounting records you have authorized us to sync
- Consolidate that data into reporting destinations you control (such as Google Sheets and Google BigQuery)
- Produce financial reports, reconciliations, and analytics for the account owner
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your data to any third party.
4. How we store and protect the information
- Authorization tokens are stored securely and used only to make authenticated requests to the connected service.
- Data in transit is protected using industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS).
- Retrieved accounting data is written to reporting destinations that you own and control, subject to the security controls of those platforms (for example, Google Workspace and Google Cloud access controls).
- Access to the Service and its stored credentials is restricted to authorized personnel.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Third-party services and sub-processors
The Service relies on the following third parties to operate:
- Intuit Inc. — source of QuickBooks Online data, accessed under Intuit’s API terms and privacy practices.
- Google LLC — provides Google Apps Script, Google Sheets, and Google BigQuery, which the Service uses to run and store consolidated data.
Your use of the data once it reaches these platforms is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
6. Data retention and deletion
We retain accessed data only as long as needed to provide the Service, or as directed by the account owner. You may request deletion of stored data or revoke the Service’s access at any time.
To disconnect the Service from your QuickBooks Online company:
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an administrator.
- Go to Settings → Apps (or Apps → My Apps).
- Locate the connected app and select Disconnect.
Once disconnected, the Service can no longer access your data, and any authorization tokens are invalidated.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at it@fuzeforth.com.
8. International data handling
FuzeForth operates across multiple jurisdictions. By using the Service, you understand that data may be processed in locations outside your country of residence, subject to appropriate safeguards.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective date” above and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
